Dresser Defence is a Toronto criminal litigation practice led by barrister and solicitor Ashley Dresser, who represents individuals facing criminal charges from theft to murder and practises throughout the Greater Toronto Area. She can act for a person facing any type of criminal or quasi-criminal charge, whatever the seriousness of the allegations. In recent years she has developed a focus on sexual assault litigation, which often involves difficult facts and complex pre-trial motions.
