Humby Law is a criminal defence firm led by Daniel Humby that serves Chatham-Kent, Windsor, Sarnia and London in Southwestern Ontario. It handles cases from minor offences to serious charges, including assault causing bodily harm, aggravated assault, impaired driving, drug offences and property crimes. Impaired driving work covers over 80, driving impaired by drug and refusal to provide a breath sample. The practice also acts at bail hearings, for youth under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and on Highway Traffic Act offences. Daniel is empaneled by Legal Aid Ontario and takes cases through the certificate program, and free consultations are available.
