Established in 1988, Miller Pickard is a Barrie firm that defends people charged under the Criminal Code, the Youth Criminal Justice Act, the Highway Traffic Act and the Provincial Offences Act. Partners Mike Miller and Gary Pickard each have more than 32 years in criminal law and both have extensive trial experience. The charges they take on include domestic violence, assault, impaired and dangerous driving, drug offences and firearm offences, and the firm has a defence and bail service.
