Paradigm Law Group

Paradigm Law Group is a Toronto practice in association, built around Robin Parker, who has worked in the justice system as a prosecutor, defence counsel, victim and witness advocate, investigator and decision maker. For over 25 years she has argued trials and appeals across Ontario, Iqaluit and the Northwest Territories, and she has argued criminal and constitutional issues at every level of court. She has been involved in every type of criminal and quasi-criminal proceeding, including murder, wiretap, organized crime and complex fraud cases. Her work extends to international criminal law, including extradition, mutual legal assistance and war crimes, and the Federal Court appointed her to assist with security certificate litigation. She also works as a workplace investigator for employers and educational institutions and works in and with Indigenous communities.
