Ryan E. Durran

Ryan E. Durran is a barrister in Ottawa who defends criminal charges from bail through trial and takes appeals. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 after articling with a criminal litigation firm in Toronto, and earlier worked at the Crown Law Office, Criminal, of the Ministry of the Attorney General, where he helped prepare trials and appeals in the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada. His trial work covers charges ranging from assault and impaired driving to major fraud, criminal conspiracy and murder.
