Weber Criminal Defence

Weber Criminal Defence is a Windsor firm led by Evan Weber, who was mentored by Patrick Ducharme at the Windsor firm of Ducharme Fox and partnered with him in 2018 to form a criminal law firm. Evan appears in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and regularly represents clients in Windsor, Chatham and Sarnia. The practice covers charges under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and the Provincial Offences Act. Areas of representation run from drinking and driving, assault and sexual offences through to firearms, robbery, theft, drug offences and homicide. Evan also acts on human trafficking charges and Charter arguments, and the office has wheelchair accessible parking.
